It is with great pride that we share with you our Tangle Ridge Ranch lamb. Our pastured lamb is raised outdoors, under low stress conditions, with the very best of forages, sunshine and fresh air.
We firmly believe that if we take care of the land, the land will take care of the animals. As such, we carefully manage all of our resources to produce a high quality lamb that is raised with the best in sustainable practices.
In return, our healthy land provides bountiful forages and clean pastures that allow us to raise our animals without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
We raise unique breeds of sheep, known as hair sheep, which excel on a forage-only diet. Because of their lower lanolin content in their coats, their meat has a much milder flavour.
All of these elements work together to produce a high quality, healthy eating experience. And that’s pasture perfect, naturally.
